This NEIPA drinks lighter, just like the summer spirit. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruits. A simple base of barley, wheat and oats offering a velvety yet crisp body. This beer was hot side hopped with Wai-iti for a light lime note with a soft bitterness. Then the beer was double dry-hopped with a mix of Riwaka and Eclipse for a blend of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit and mandarin zest, leaving behind a hint of vanilla. The perfect juice refreshment to follow us around the summer adventures.
