Bringing all new Moersleutel beers, brewed in our own brewhouse, right to your doorstep!

But that's not all! Guild Members also receive Guild Box Exclusives!
(Have you heard of Indulgence yet? Our superdeluxe barrel aged stout, exclusive for Guild Members?)

 

Here is what you will receive in your Guild Box:

  • 12 to 16 beers (mostly our signature 44cL cans)

  • Always a new Indulgence series (Barrel Aged beer, exclusively made for Guild members)

  • The best selection of beers made by yours truly, sometimes guest beers or beers we brewed as a collab in other breweries (for an indication of previous contents, check the list below)

  • Priority on our Barrel-Aged beers (like our Barcodes).
    This doesn’t mean you get them first, but you are sure you will receive them.
    Crowdfunders beers are excluded from The Guild.

  • A box contains no duplicates, all the beers in this box are different from each other.

  • The box will contain around € 100,- worth of beers.

  • We engineer 6 boxes a year (send out every other month)

Payment Plan

Enjoy the ease of direct debit (automatische incasso). You only have to set it up once, and then sit back to enjoy the beers that we send you.

Payment is collected one month before shipping.

Options:
PAY PER MONTH: € 44 + shipping costs 
Your payment will be collected at the end of each month.

PAY EVERY TWO MONTHS: € 88 + shipping costs 
Your payment will be collected at the end of every two months.

YEARLY PAYMENT PLAN (get 5% discount)
€ 501,60 + shipping will be collected at the start of your Membership.

For other countries we need to ask a little bit of shipping costs. Each Guild Box is € 88 + shipping. Check the chart below to see what you'll end up paying.

Delivery and Shipping

We engineer 6 Guild Boxes a year (and send out every other month).

Since the Guild Box also includes a Guild exclusive B.A. beer, we can't tell you the exact date of when we're shipping out. The beer takes as long as it needs.
But we send out at the end of every two months.

Processing all Guild Boxes takes a bit of time, so you might receive a notification from your DHL app before. This is not the same as the shipment notification. You will receive an email with track & trace once your Guild Box is picked up by the post and on it's way to you.

Just make sure you empty your fridge before the end of every two months. ;-)

I'm a new member. When will I receive my first Guild Box? 

The Guild is a two-monthly subscription Box. The payments are made before the shipping month. For example:

When you sign in in January, you will receive Guild Box 11 in February 2023.
When you sign in in February or March, you will receive Guild Box 12 in April 2023.


Access the Guild Exclusives webshop page

  • Create an account in our webshop, using the same email address you've used to sign into the Guild. Please allow for 1-2 days for us to connect your account to the Guild system, or write us an email at guild@moersleutel.com so we can do it manually.
    After your account has been linked, you get access to the Guild Exclusives page.

  • PLEASE NOTE: once logged in, you won't see your Guild subscription listed in your account. If you're able to log in to the Guild section, that means there's nothing wrong with your subscription. That part of our webshop is simply not activated. Don't worry! :) 



New address, bank details or payment plan?

Please send us an email at guild@moersleutel.com so we can change it for you. (the webshop and the Guild system aren't linked -yet-)



Canceling

You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like.

Note 1: if you choose the ‘1 month payment plan', you’ll need to complete a round of two months (a full box) before ending.

Note 2: if you cancel your subscription and change your mind later, you may have to wait in line in the waitinglist again.

Note 3: if you want to enjoy the Guild / Advent offer, you need to have been member for a minimum of 6 months. The December Advent Box offer is meant for our longterm Members.

          Welkom bij de Moersleutel Guild!

          Elke twee maanden alle nieuwe Moersleutel bieren bij jou thuis gebracht!

          Maar dat is niet alles. Guild Members ontvangen ook Guild Box Exclusives!
          Elke Box bevat in elk geval een nieuwe Indulgence. Voor deze Barrel Aged stout reserveren wij ons meest luxe vaten. Indulgence is exclusief te verkrijgen als je lid bent van de Moersleutel Guild.


          Dit krijg je in jouw Guild Box:

          • 12 tot 16 bieren (voornamelijk onze welbekende 44cL blikken)

          • Altijd onze nieuwe Indulgence (Barrel Aged bier, speciaal gebrouwen voor de Guild leden)

          • De beste selectie van bieren. Met name Moersleutel en soms een gastbier of een bier dat we in samenwerking met een andere brouwerij hebben gemaakt (voor een idee van de inhoud, check de voorgaande Boxen hierboven)

          • Voorrang op onze Barrel-Aged bieren (bijvoorbeeld onze Barcodes)
            Dit betekent niet dat je ze als eerste zult ontvangen, maar dat je er zeker van bent dát je ze ontvangt. Eventuele crowdfund bieren zijn uitgesloten van de Guild.

          • Een box bevat geen dubbele bieren. Alle bieren in deze box zijn verschillend van elkaar.

          • Elke box bevat bier met een waarde van samen ongeveer € 100. 

          • Wij stellen per jaar 6 boxen samen. Deze worden om de maand bij je geleverd. 

          • Deze worden natuurlijk bij jou thuis afgeleverd. Wel zo handig!

          Gratis verzending binnen Nederland, België en Duitsland!
          Internationale verzending is natuurlijk ook mogelijk. We bieden onze boxen aan met gereduceerde verzendkosten. Voor een totaal overzicht, bekijk het diagram hierboven.

          Betaalplan

          Super gemakkelijk via automatische incasso. Je hoeft het maar één keer handmatig op te zetten. Daarna kun je lekker genieten van de bieren die wij jou toesturen.

          Automatische incasso wordt aan het einde van de maand afgeschreven van je rekening.

          BETAAL PER MAAND:           € 44
          De betaling wordt aan het einde van elke maand afgeschreven.

          BETAAL PER 2 MAANDEN:          € 88 
          De betaling wordt aan het einde van elke twee maanden afgeschreven.

          BETAAL PER JAAR en ontvang 5% korting
          € 501,60 wordt bij aanvang van je lidmaatschap afgeschreven.
          Daarna jaarlijks tot opzegging.

          Verzending en Bezorging

          Elke twee maanden weer een nieuwe Guild Box!

          I.v.m. Indulgence dat op vaten gerijpt wordt, is het iets lastiger om een exacte verzenddatum af te spreken. Het bier neemt de tijd dat het nodig heeft. Maar de boxen worden aan het einde van elke twee maanden verstuurd.

          Wanneer je de DHL app geïnstalleerd hebt, zul je een melding ontvangen zodra wij jouw verzendlabel hebben klaargemaakt. LET OP: Vanaf dan duurt het nog een paar dagen voordat alles daadwerkelijk klaar is voor verzending.
          Zodra jouw Box is ontvangen door het post bedrijf, ontvang je een mailtje met jouw track&trace code en de verwachtte leverdatum.

          Ik heb mij net ingeschreven!
          Wanneer kan ik mijn eerste Guild Box verwachten? 

          Super, wat fijn dat je er bent!
          Elke twee maanden ontvang jij onze Guild Box. De betalingen worden gedaan in de maand voordat de Box op de post gaat. Bijvoorbeeld:

          Wanneer je je inschrijft in januari, ontvang je Guild Box 11 in februari 2023.
          Wanneer je je inschrijft in februari, ontvang je Guild Box 12 in april 2023.
          Wanneer je je inschrijft in maart, ontvang je Guild Box 12 in april 2023.
          Wanneer je je inschrijft in april, ontvang je Guild Box 13 in juni 2023.

           

          Heb je alles ontvangen?

          Als je er niet zeker van bent of je alles hebt ontvangen, bekijk de spoiler lijsten hierboven. Wanneer er inderdaad iets is misgegaan, laat het ons dan even weten per mail via guild@moersleutel.com 

          Guild Exclusives in de webshop

          - Als je nog geen account hebt in onze webshop, maak deze dan eerst even aan. Gebruik hiervoor het e-mailadres waarmee je je hebt aangemeld voor de Guild. Het duurt 1-2 werkdagen voordat jouw account gekoppeld is aan jouw nieuwe Guild abonnement. Hier mag je ons ook even over mailen op guild@moersleutel.com dan regelen we dat meteen even handmatig voor je.
          Zodra jouw account gekoppeld is, krijg je toegang tot de Guild Exclusives pagina.

          - LET OP: zodra je ingelogd bent, zul je niet jouw Guild lidmaatschap terugzien in de webshop. Wij gebruiken twee verschillende systemen voor de Guild en de webshop. Hopelijk is dit snel opgelost. Ga er maar van uit dat wanneer jij kunt inloggen en de Guild Exclusives ziet, jouw abonnement actief is. Geen zorgen! :-)

          Nieuw adres, bankgegevens of betaalplan?

          Alle wijzigingen voor jouw lidmaatschap zullen wij handmatig doorvoeren. Stuur even een mailtje met jouw gewenste wijzigingen naar guild@moersleutel.com
          In het geval van verhuizing helpt het om alvast aan te geven per wanneer je verhuisd bent.


          Opzeggen

          Je bent vrij om je abonnement ieder moment op te zeggen.

          Let op 1: Wanneer je een abonnement per maand hebt, moet je eerst een ronde van twee maanden afronden (een complete Box), voordat je abonnement op stop gezet wordt.

          Let op 2: Wanneer je jouw lidmaatschap opzegt maar later toch weer van gedachten veranderd, kan het zijn dat je in de wachtlijst komt te staan als de Guild op dat moment uitverkocht is.

          Let op 3: Wanneer je gebruik maakt van de Guild / Advent aanbieding, moet je minimaal 6 maanden lid zijn geweest. De December Advent Box aanbieding is bedoeld voor onze langertermijn Guild leden. Inschrijven kan in dat geval tot december.
